Most of the net income is derived from boat storage and third-party commercial tenant rents. Guests have access to a full suite of amenities, notably: ships store, fuel dock, and restaurants.
The Results
Boat Tree marina was a familyowned leasehold marina that needed to be sold under strict Port Authority deadlines that required the incoming owner to guarantee a major dock replacement project. Success depended on finding not just a buyer, but one with financial capacity, development expertise, and credibility to meet the Port's requirements.
