Simply Marinas brokered the sale, representing both the buyer and seller, of Garrison Bight Marina, located in Key West, Florida.

Uniquely positioned as the only full-service marina on the island of Key West with dry rack storage, Garrison Bight offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. The property is on the north side of the island with close proximity to hotels, shops, and restaurants. The Marina also has an on-site restaurant leased out to a third-party tenant.

The marina consists of approximately 20 wet slips and 213 dry slips and houses a large variety of charters from deep sea fishing to dolphin watching to back country cruising. In addition, the marina has one of the largest parts and marine hardware inventories in Key West, is an authorized Yamaha parts provider, and has certified Yamaha mechanics on staff. The facility also offers a ship’s store and a fuel dock with deep water access.
