The marina is absentee owned and is mainly a wet slip marina with most income coming from slip rental. It consists of a total of 110 wet slips in Eau Gallie Harbor, one of the safest hurricane holes on Florida's East Coast, and one of the most scenic. The sale includes an apartment and an office with restrooms and showers. It also has clubhouse and as small cottage. The Marina is gated and has individual electric meters. The entire Harbor has been dredged to a 12’ average depth, previously 5’.
